At the end of each of your Twitter posts, simply put the website address that you want to direct people to. Obviously, most people won't click it, but some will. The success of this method is dependent upon how many followers you have on Twitter. The same method can be applied to your Facebook account. At the end of each of your wall posts, simply post the website address that you want to direct people towards. Again, this depends upon how many friends you have and or how many people will view your wall posts.
